1. The Philosophy of the Vault

Attuno is an External Cortex for your professional life. We believe your “read” of a room is sacred. Our privacy model is built on Zero-Knowledge principles wherever technically possible. Your relationship intelligence is your asset; we are simply its Sentry.

2. The Intelligence We Collect

Identity Data: Email and professional persona (Founder/Investor) used to secure your entry.
Interaction Intelligence: Raw voice vents, transcripts, and the Key Facts you extract (e.g., “Dog named Whiskey”).
System Metadata: Technical logs required to ensure the “60-second debrief” remains fast and reliable.

3. How We Process Your Signals

We use enterprise-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) to synthesize your vents into Telegraphic Summaries.

No Third-Party Training

We contractually prohibit our AI providers from using your sensitive subtext to train their models.

Proprietary Optimization

We may use de-identified, aggregated metadata (stripped of names, companies, and specific facts) to improve our internal Intelligence Layer and “Synthesis” algorithms.

4. Global Data Standards

GDPR & DPDPA: For users in the EU and India, we process data based on “Contractual Necessity” (to provide the service) and “Legitimate Interest” (to secure your vault).

Encryption: All data is hardwired with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit.

The Sentry Guarantee: Your data is siloed. One user’s “Ego Signals” never influence another user’s “Intelligence Brief”.

5. Data Persistence & Deletion

You own the key to the vault. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we initiate a 30-day “Hard Purge” of all interaction data from our active servers and encrypted backups.
