By securing entry to Attuno, you agree to these Terms. Attuno is currently in a Private Beta phase. You acknowledge that features, including the “Key Facts Book” and “Timeline,” are evolving and provided “AS IS”.
Attuno is a tool for Relationship Intelligence.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your voice recordings comply with local, state, and international wiretapping and consent laws.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Attuno harmless from any legal claims arising from your failure to obtain proper consent during a debrief.

User Verification: You must exercise your own professional judgment. Attuno is not liable for “Relationship Damage” or business losses resulting from AI hallucinations or inaccuracies in the Key Facts.
Your Data: You retain 100% ownership of your raw audio, transcripts, and the personal notes (e.g., “Dog named Whiskey”) you log.
Our Logic: Attuno owns the proprietary synthesis models, the “Telegraphic Summary” algorithms, and the UI designs.
De-identified Usage: You grant Attuno a license to use de-identified, aggregated metadata to improve the “Sentry” logic for the benefit of all founders.
We reserve the right to revoke your “Vault Access” for any conduct that threatens the security of the External Cortex. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your interaction data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the “Intelligence Layer” shall be resolved through binding arbitration in **Guwahati, Assam**.
